Dynamic picking shelving for boxes, also known as ‘Carton Flow’, consists of beds of rollers or casters that, placed at a certain angle, allow the boxes to move by gravity. The speed at which the boxes move is controlled by specific braking devices. These shelves are usually designed in areas of the warehouse where many picking operations are performed, thereby increasing the number of order preparation lines and reducing the movement of operators.
